Baker's Obsession

I am obsessed with baking cookbooks.  So you can imagine how excited I was when hubby bought me "Baked-New Frontiers in Baking".  I had been wanting it forever but I'm one of those that puts the things I want aside to accomodate the happiness of my four daughters.  However, if you really look at it........my hubby and girls love when I bake so essentially I am giving back from the goods that I receive so it's completely win-win........right? 

Anyway, I recently saw the movie Julie and Julia.  Loved it!  I do consider myself a food enthusiest.  So I knew the minute I received this book that it was going to be a blog attack!  So I'm going to do the same with this book.  Obviously, its not as big as Julia's book thus allowing me less time to get through the book.  I will give myself three months.  That should be plenty of time.  My husband's staff will love me............more than they already do.  So I'm so excited for my first post.  Hopefully, it won't take me too long to post.  See you soon!!!
